Hi, I'm Giorgia Prestento

For the past 20 years, I've worked with organisations around the world through complex transformation, combining strategic delivery with a deep understanding of human behaviour.

My focus has shifted to AI adoption because I keep seeing the same gap: companies investing without real clarity on the outcomes they want, or on the long-term impact on the organisation and its people. The underlying problem is the same one I've spent two decades solving. Technology succeeds or fails on how people respond to it, not on how well it's built. AI just makes that harder to get right.

I got hooked on the power of transformation early in my career, watching a team move from resistance to real commitment once the benefits finally became clear. That moment stayed with me. Since then, I've helped organisations find and remove the barriers standing between a good strategy and the people meant to carry it out, working alongside internal teams and system integrators, shaping the approach around what the company actually needs rather than a standard playbook.

Two decades of practical experience are sharpened by an MSc in Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics (LSE) and an MBA from the University of Bath. My international experience includes living and working across Italy, Spain, Australia, Egypt and the UK. It's also what led me to write Master the Change Maze, my book on leading change, minimising chaos and bringing people with you.
