Two ways to find what your organisation can't see.

The AI Blind Spot Diagnostic

A structured, evidence-based view of what will make or break your AI investment, and why.

The problem I solve

Many AI programmes stalls somewhere between the boardroom and the people expected to use it, and most organisations can't say exactly where. Leadership takes a consensus for granted that isn't there. The barriers to a successful adoption are different every time: trust, confidence, relevance, or something else entirely, which is exactly why guessing doesn't work. You need data to make the right call.

What I bring

Twenty years leading change across FTSE 100 and medium-sized organisations, sharpened by a behavioural-science lens most change consultants don't bring to the table. I tell you which barrier is holding your organisation back through real evidence.

How it works

Working with the leadership team, the diagnostic establishes the strategic outcomes the initiative is meant to deliver, the organisational impacts and how it fits with the overall strategy. The employee track identifies which of six behavioural barriers are in play, and where, gathering anonymous input so people share what's really happening rather than what leadership wants to hear.

The result: a clear picture of how aligned your leadership team is, where adoption is faltering, the priorities to address it, and the credibility to bring that picture to your board.

Lighter entry point

The Starter Diagnostic

A lighter entry point for organisations who want to experience the method before committing to the full engagement. The behavioural diagnostic, applied to a single team, without the leadership work. It doesn't have the depth of the full engagement, but it delivers a real finding you can act on immediately, and a useful step towards the complete assessment.

The Blind Spot Lens

Where your leadership team agrees, and where they only assume they do.

The problem I solve

Leadership teams take their own alignment for granted, right up until a decision fails, a strategy misfires, or a project quietly reveals that everyone in the room had a different version of the plan.

What I bring

Twenty years reading how leadership teams operate day to day, not just how they present themselves in a meeting, sharpened by a behavioural-science lens built to catch the gap between stated and real consensus before it costs you a decision.

How it works

The Blind Spot Lens brings your leadership team together for half a day, in a session built to expose assumptions, blind spots and bias, and work through them in open discussion rather than around them. Individually, each leader maps where they believe the team stands on strategy, priorities, and the decisions ahead, and where the gaps might be. Compared side by side, those gaps surface in the room itself, not months later in a missed target or a stalled initiative.

The result: a clear, shared picture of where your leadership team's alignment is real and where it's assumed, the priorities worth acting on immediately, and a leadership team that has finally had the conversation it usually avoids.
